ingredients

  • 3 cups water lukewarm
  • 8 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. Fermipan Instant Yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 7-8 cups flour - to make a workable dough
preparation
  1. Mix yeast and 4 cups flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip eggs, sugar, oil and water.
  3. Blend well, add remaining flour and salt.
  4. Knead in last of flour.
  5. Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
  6. Punch down.
  7. Do not knead.
  8. Let rise again for 15 minutes, covered.
  9. Punch down and form into buns.
  10. Put buns in a greased pan; cover and let rise in warm place for one hour.
  11. Bake in 350°F oven for 15 to 18 minutes
  12. Makes 4-5 dozen buns.
