
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Chicken Hawaiian
- Cook 1 cup of Raw Rice in 2 cups of water to make about 3 cups of cooked rice. (If you use
Minute Rice, or any of the Quick-Cooking rices, follow package directions.)
- Cut into strips and sauté in 2 tbsp of oil:
- 1/2 large green pepper
- Set aside.
- Heat and pour over 3 cups of cooked rice:
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits & juice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp soya sauce

- Sprinkle 1/4 cup roasted almonds (optional) and the sautéd green pepper on top of the rice mixture.
- Serve immediately.
WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
