
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Honey-lime Herb Chicken

- 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. margarine or oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- juice of one lime
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- garlic (as much as you like)
- summer savory (as much as you like)
- rosemary (as much as you like)

- Mix all ingredients and microwave until boiling.
- Marinate chicken for at least an hour.
- Cook in 325° F oven for about 30 minutes.
- Grill (or continue cooking) for another 30 minutes.
WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
