
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Chicken Pie
Preparation Time: 1-1/2 hours.
Comments: Great for any occasion.

- 1 boiled chicken (meat removed from the bones)
- 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mixed vege- tables
- 3 boiled eggs,cut up
Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- pepper to taste
- 2 sticks margarine

- Place chicken in glass baking pan.
- Combine soup, broth, vegetables and eggs. Pour over chicken and stir to mix.
- Mix flour, milk, pepper and margarine together. When smooth, pour over chicken in pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
