
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Chicken Roll-Ups

Prep Time: 30 Minutes; Cook Time: 35 Minutes; Ready in: 3 Hours 5 Minutes

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices honey flavored bacon
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce

- At least 4 hours before cooking: Roll each chicken breast (small end to large end), wrap with bacon slice and secure
with toothpick or bamboo spear. Place rolled chicken breasts into a shallow glass container and add salad dressing to
marinate. Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Lightly oil grill and preheat to high.
- Remove chicken rolls from marinade and grill over hot coals until bacon browns; move to cooler spot on grill and cook
another 25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Baste with barbecue sauce, turning and basting for another 10 minutes
or until ready to serve.

WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
