
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Beer Belly Chicken

- 1 whole chicken, washed
- 1 16 oz. can beer, washed before opening
- seasond salt
- ground pepper

- Rub seasoned salt and pepper on chicken, inside and out.
- Using a toothpick through skin, pin neck of chicken closed.
- Set the chicken down ON TOP of the OPENED beer can on your grill. Neck should be facing up.
- Place chicken away from heat (this works best with a gas grill with two burners, use only one) cook aproximately three hours at 300°
to 320°F (medium or low heat).

WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
