
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Bubba’s Beer Basted Chicken

- 4 small chickens, cooked, cut in pieces
- 1-2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon ground chilli
- 6-8 oz. beer
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 16 oz. (2 cups) tomato sauce

- Combine all the ingredients (except the chicken) in a saucepan and simmer.
- Brush on chicken.
- Serves 6 (minimum)
WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
