
Finger Lickin’ Good Chicken
Chicken Sauces and Gravies
GRILLED CHICKEN MEAL

- 2 pounds chicken cutlets
- 2 bermuda onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 6 scallions
- 16 oz of your favorite Terriakyi sauce
- 6 good rolls of your choice

- Slice the chicken up into strips.
- Cut the onions, garlic, and scallions.
- Place all the ingredients into an aluminium baking pan and cover with foil. Let sit for 4 to 6 hours refrigerated.
- Take the entire pan out to the grill and cook right in the pan.
- Once the chicken is cooked to your liking, take off grill and serve on bread.
At this point you have a great grilled chicken meal.
WASH HANDS, UTENSILS, SINK AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH RAW CHICKEN. Sanitize the counter, sinks and any containers or trays that have been used. Use a solution of 1 teaspoon of unscented chlorine bleach in 1 quart of water, and let dry completely.
