HOMEMADE COOKIES AND SQUARES
Snowballs

From: Chelsey Kinettes, Ontario, Canada

Preheat oven to 300°F.

• 1 cup butter
  
• 1/2 cup sifted icing sugar

• 2 teaspoons vanilla
  
• 1 tablespoon water

• 2-1/4 cups flour
  
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Shape into small balls.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet in pre-heated 300°F oven for 30-35 minutes.

Cool slightly and roll in icing sugar.

Yields about 5 dozen.
