CEREAL PIE CRUST
Makes 1 9-inch Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F
- Roll or grind:
- 6 cups flaked or puffed type breakfast cereal
(There should be 1-1/2 cups after crushing.)
- Combine with:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar -- if the cereal is not presweetened
- (1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)
To form the shell, evenly distribute the crumbs in the pan and press.
Bake in tin plates to reflect heat to help eliminate over-browning.
