From Laura Dolson This sugar-free frozen strawberry daiquiri can also be made without the rum for a summer drink for adults or kids. You can use frozen strawberries instead of the fresh and ice, but use a little less if you don't want the carb count to go up. Traditionally daiquiris are made with lime juice, but lemon juice still tastes great.
Put in blender and push the button. *Measuring note: In order to do a nutritional analysis, I decided to go with the sliced berries since there is less variability compared to when measuring whole berries. This is about 3/4 cup medium-sized whole berries. It is also 80 grams of berries. Nutritional Information: Each serving has 5 grams effective carbohydrate plus 2 grams fiber, and 125 calories. If you are making it without the rum, it's only 26 calories. · See Calorie Charts · Low-Carb Cookbooks at Jessica's Biscuit®
