ingredients
  • 4 1 1/2 inch-thick-boneless pork loin center chops
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

preparation

  • Mix lime juice, pepper and onion and marinate the pork in it for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Prepare coals in grill and add meat when coals are medium hot. Remove pork from marinade.

  • Cook pork over indirect heat for about 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

  • Serves four.

Per serving: 181 Calories; 8g Carbohydrates; 1g Dietary Fiber; 8g Fat (3g Saturated Fat); 41 mg Cholesterol; 43mg Sodium; 39g Protein.
