The Carb Cycling Diet

ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork loin, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli

preparation

  • Add oil, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger, cardamom and soy sauce in skillet.

  • Add pork; cook on medium/high heat for three minutes.

  • Add vinegar and veggies and simmer on low until vegetables are tender.

  • Makes six servings.

Per serving: 161 Calories; 5g Carbohydrates 2g Dietary Fiber; 9g Fat; 16g Protein; 36mg Cholesterol; 217mg Sodium.
