No Salt Barbeque Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Sm Onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 c No-salt tomato sauce
- 1/2 c Light molasses
- 1/4 c Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 3 pn* Allspice
*I'm not sure what pn refers to. I'm guessing it means "pinch". If you know, please email me with the answer! Thank you!
Instructions:
- Heat oil is a heavy medium skillet over med-high heat.
- Add onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
This should take about 8 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Stir frequently.
- Makes 3 cups.
