No Salt Seasoned Mix with Recipe
Yield: 1 Serving
MIX-MAKES ONE HALF CUP
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Dried lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. Label Contents!
Recipe: HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Boned skinned chicken .. breasts
- 1 tsp No salt mix
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Snipped parsley
- Cooked Rice or pasta
Directions:
- Cut chicken breasts in half.
- Season and sauté in oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per side.
- Stir in the lemon juice, scraping up any brown bits.
- Add parsley and serve over rice or pasta.
