This bread is great for those on a salt-free diet. The only sodium in the recipe comes from the residual sodium in the other ingredients.

Follow manufacturere's directions for loading your bread machine.

  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 9 oz Warm water

  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 6 oz Warm water

NOTE: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 lb.loaf
