CRANBERRY PIE
Margaret Martin, Sellersville, PA
- 1 12-oz. bag of fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped English walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup melted butter
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired

- Butter a 10-inch pie dish.
- Pour the 12 ounces of cranberries into the dish.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar and all of the walnuts on top of cranberries.
- In a separate dish, mix eggs, flour, remaining sugar and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture over the walnuts in the pie dish.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes
