Quick and Easy Salad Favorites
24 HOUR SALAD
Yield: 12-14 servings.
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- 2 cups white grapes (optional)
- 2 cups pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Cook the beaten eggs in a double boiler with the vinegar and sugar.
- Beat until thick and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add butter and cool.
- When cool fold in whipped cream, fruit and marshmallows.
