• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 cup vinegar
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/2 cup white sugar
  
• 1 tsp dry mustard
  
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  
• 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  
• 4 tbsp grated onions
  
• salt
  
• pepper

Beat together in blender and store in jar in refrigerator.
