MACARONI SALAD

• 2 cups cooked macaroni
  
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
  
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
  
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  
• 1 cup shredded or cubed cheese
  
• 2/3 cup salad dressing
  
• 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  
• bacon bits

• Mix the vegetables together.
  
  
• Add salad dressing and salt and pepper.
  
  
• Mix well; refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

	Add the bacon bits just before serving to maintain their crunch.
