Quick and Easy Salad Favorites
SHRIMP SALAD

- 1 cup long grain rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 small pkg frozen green peas, cooked and cooled
- 2 tins shrimp
- 1 1/4 cups celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup salad oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar, white
- 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Garnish:

- Mix the shrimp and vegetables together.
- Make the sauce and pour over the shrimp and vegetables; mix well.
- Add toasted almonds 1 hour before serving.
